Villa Mencia - Corullon

The rooms here are comfortable and delightful, the food is great, and the location is stunning with beautiful mountain views.

The bathroom in my room was really nice. the location here is absolutely stunning, set in a fantastic area. Plus, Hounslow Urban Farm is just 5 km away! 😊.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Villa Mencia and our lovely hosts. Ava was wonderful...gracious, helpful, and has created a lovely, quiet and restful retreat at the foot of the mountains outside Villafranca /Pontferrada. We were travelling with our adult children and toddler grandchild, and we each felt so welcomed. I could have stayed longer, and would definitely go back again. Villa Mencia is just inside Gallecia, my favorite part of Spain. Whether touring the mountains and old villages of this part of the country, or looking for a rural retreat, I'd highly recommend Villa Mencia.

Enthusiastic staff, great location within walking distance to everything, awesome food at the in-house restaurant creates a truly memorable stay.

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with beautiful and carefully designed areas. The garden and terrace are delightful, perfect for enjoying the summer weather. I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel for senior people like me. The presence of an elevator made it easy to move around, and the staff was always willing to assist with anything I needed. The comfortable bed and cozy reading room with a large television made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people like myself is a more attentive staff. Although the children working there were friendly, I believe they could have been more attentive and responsive to the needs of older guests.

Loved the stunning surroundings, especially the river beach! Villa Mencia had a restaurant with delicious food, a charming garden, free bike rental, and even a play area for the kids. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. And did I mention free parking?

Oops, I forgot! There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay at Villa Mencia.

Just had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. the parking was perfect and it's conveniently located near the main road. the room was spacious, clean, and wonderful. the bathroom was large with a fantastic shower. the staff, despite the language barrier, made us feel right at home. We highly recommend having dinner here - it's amazing value for money and very delicious. Villa Mencia exceeded our expectations and we had a truly enjoyable experience. Cons: Was all great! 😊.

We got amazing value for our money at this gem of a hotel. The room was good, with its own balcony and fine mountain views. The staff at Villa Mencia were enthusiastic, friendly, and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.
